New Polling and File Handling Features Added to SnowBatch
SnowBatch, Snowbound's rapid batch conversion program for Windows®, was recently infused with an array of robust features that automate and streamline large scale conversions of images and documents. Foremost among these new features is SnowBatch's versatile polling capability. Polling allows the user to specify the frequency and timing parameters of multiple batch conversion operations across multiple directories.
This functionality is greatly increased by SnowBatch's enhanced file handling options. SnowBatch can now recognize new files in a directory based on their creation date. The application can also convert files based on special characters contained within the file name and extension. Finally, SnowBatch gives you the ability to choose a standardized file naming convention for converted output files. SnowBatch allows you to convert from over 100 specialized document and image formats.
