Data Support Systems Incorporates Snowbound’s Powerful RasterMaster Imaging Technology Into Its TRIPS Modules

Watertown, MA (July 12, 2005) – Snowbound Software, a leading provider of performance-driven imaging solutions, today announced that its RasterMaster Imaging technology has been selected by Data Support Systems, a leading developer of image-based Day Two Processing solutions for the banking industry.  The RasterMaster technology will be embedded into several modules within Data Support Systems’ Touchless Return Item Processing System Product Suite (TRIPS).   

RasterMaster will be used to power crucial imaging functions for the TRIPS Exceptions and Incoming Return modules.  It will enable users to view, manipulate, and transcode (convert) the front and back of check images through a web browser.  RasterMaster supports multiple file formats including PDF, TIFF, MO:DCA, and ABIC, providing the user with crisp high-quality images and fast manipulation functions for rotation and zooming.
