Snowbound Software Enhances Its .NET Imaging Toolkit With Extended Format Support and Text Extraction Capabilities

This month Snowbound Software announced enhancements for its award-winning RasterMaster Imaging SDK for .NET including:

• Additional format support — MS Word (Reading), PCL (Reading/Writing), and PDF (Reading/Writing)
• Extraction of text and formatting data from Microsoft Word, AFP, PDF, and PCL files — provides developers the ability to create extremely powerful content aggregation tools for asset and content management applications
• Improved ease of use through the addition of extensive samples — enabling developers to effortlessly evaluate the functionality of the toolkit and speed up their programming efforts.

The RasterMaster for .NET Imaging SDK is designed to fully integrate with Microsoft's Visual Studio for .NET. The easy-to-use API enables developers to quickly create .NET applications that import, display, convert and save images and documents within the .NET client/server environment.
