His management and marketing experience spans a number of companies including First Data, Computervision, ADP, BSO/Tasking, Numonics, Ergo Computing, and AccuSoft as well as his own ventures. He has extensive experience developing start-ups into profitable, growing enterprises.
VP of Research & Development
James Palo – has specialized for 23 years in imaging software. He has a great deal of computer industry experience, working with Data General, Polaroid, Lotus, and in his own ventures. His expertise covers engineering management and the creation of sophisticated imaging applications as well as inventing imaging and compression algorithms and imaging APIs. He is an expert in C and Java programming.
Senior Software Engineer
Alex Harm – is a Java expert in both front-end and server-side applications. He has over 8 years of software engineering experience in a number of fields including telephony, financial, gaming, pharmaceutical and imaging. Prior to Snowbound Software, he worked in the online games department of Pogo.com and EA.com.
VP of Sales
George Farnham – has held sales management positions at companies covering a range of technologies including Banta Integrated Media, DuPont, and AGFA. His over 20 years of experience has led him to advocate high-speed, universal viewing solutions for Digital Asset and Content Management Systems. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Snowbound Software.
Manager of Sales/Support Service
Ed Berberian – has been involved with Client Project Management in the software industry for over 7 years. Ed has worked with high-demand clients including Cisco Systems, EMC, Lucent, TD Banknorth and Countrywide Financial. Ed’s area of expertise is managing middle to long-term projects that involve a range of software solutions and implementations. He specializes in maintaining the client-vendor relationship throughout the process and beyond, to last the life of the business relationship.
Sr. Software Engineer
Sean Graham – is a Java and C++ software engineer with over 5 years of experience. He has developed document and image processing tools for companies such as Rovia and Goodrich Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems. His experience is evenly split between front-end applications as well as back-end processing.
Quality Assurance Manager
Gerald Gagne – started testing software professionally during his second year of college while earning a degree in software engineering. He has accumulated over 5 years of experience while focusing on Imaging technology, SSO applications and IT infrastructure, the last being very useful to his experience with the many diverse environments Snowbound Software supports and tests. Although his primary role at Snowbound is software quality assurance, he has been fortunate enough to gain experience in everything from customer demonstrations to IT support and event planning.
