QA/Tech Support Engineer
As a QA/Tech Support Engineer your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Perform and design Quality assurance tests on Snowbound products.
- Monitor and answer Technical support questions from customers via our Support Wizard on line support software.
- Write and review samples to and from customers.
- Send out maintenance updates to customers.
- Monthly builds of products.
- Possible many other simple engineering tasks such as helping with internal I.T. projects.
Qualifications:
- A good working knowledge of any or all of the following languages:
Java , VB, VB.NET, C++, C# - A good working knowledge of any or all of the following environments:
Windows MFC, Java, J2EE, .Net, Unix - Experience with imaging or graphics, MS .Net platform, Imaging SDKs, viewers, conversion software a plus.
- The ability to work well independently and with teams.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Entry level to 3 years experience.
- Bachelor degree in a technical field.
