As a Software Customer Support Representative your responsibilities will include:
- Front line incoming support tickets and calls
- Verify maintenance status of customers
- Update our CRM application
- Monitor alerts and reports for overdue customer updates
- Escalate issues as required
- Request critical information from our customers
- Work with Tier-2 QA support to help diagnose and reproduce minor issues
- Backup for release builds for end of month customer shipments
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and MSoffice
- Experience with CRM applications a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Exposure to a customer Support environment is also a plus
- Ability to make timely decisions
- A technical background is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree required
