Inside Sales Account Representative
Currently, Snowbound Software is looking for an energetic Inside Account Rep. No high pressure selling! Our imaging products are well known and respected. With our superior market position and marketing efforts we currently track well over 95% in-bound leads. As a Inside Sales Rep, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will:
- Respond to sales inquiries, via email or telephone
- Communicate with customers and prospects both in-bound and out-bound
- Answer customer questions including product capabilities and prices
- Provide support to our Sales staff
- Provide quotes and determine delivery dates
- Persuade customers/prospects to buy using knowledge of company products and services
- Determine credit worthiness of customer, obtaining authorization of payment terms and acceptability of the order
- Process sales orders
- Limited travel required
- Great upward potential
Experience/Skills required:
- Ability to communicate with and sell to Engineers and Management on a benefits and features level for a technology-based product
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Initiative, attention to detail and reliability are required
- Ability to use MS Windows and associated applications
- Knowledge of customer database software required, SalesForce a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
