Our development team continually enhances and updates our products with features and functions to further enable you to streamline your processes.  To view the most recent product updates visit our product updates page. You can also bookmark this page or subscribe to individual RSS feeds for each product to make sure you are working with the most current version of our software, and upgrade if so desired.

• RasterMaster and SnowBatch updates are released every other month*
• VirtualViewer updates are released on a quarterly basis*

Customers with current maintenance contracts may obtain the latest product update by entering a support ticket at  http:\\support.snowbound.com.  If you do not have a current maintenance agreement and would like to upgrade to the latest release, please contact your account manager or submit your request through our online form.
