Troubleshooting Image Display Issues

Snowbound's expertise with over 100 different image and document file formats makes us the leader in performance-driven imaging technology.

If an image doesn't display, decompress or is corrupt, try these preliminary suggestions:

  • If you are not using the latest version of the software, please request an evaluation download for the latest version. Should your problem be with our Java product line, please fill out our support request form.
  • If that does not resolve the problem, please download the appropriate version of SnowView, and test your images with it.  If you are using Java, please fill out our support request form and ask for the URL for Snapplet C.

If your problem persists, file a report at our Technical Support Center.  If you are sending us images, and they are larger than 1MB, please note that in your support request (support ticket) and we will provide you with an anonymous FTP site to which you can upload your images.
