FlexSnap®: Applet — Online Demo Instructions
Our online demo allows you to test FlexSnap®: Applet's functionality on the sample images and documents we've provided, as well as on your own files. FlexSnap is a web-based viewer and collaboration application that dramatically improves the speed and efficiency of handling documents and images across your entire organization. It enables you to view, manipulate, and annotate multiple file formats through a standard web browser.
To Open Your Own Document or Image
- Select “File” from the FlexSnap Toolbar
- Select “Open” (for local files) or “Open URL” for documents and images found online
Once uploaded, this demo will allow you access your local files to display, manipulate, print and save / convert multiple document and image types including TIFF, MS Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG, AFP and many more.
Save and Convert Documents and Images
Through the "File" menu, you can save and convert your documents and images. The "Save As" dialog box will open behind your current browser window. In the demo version of FlexSnap: Applet you can save to the following files:
- TIFF (Uncompressed)
- GIF
- PNG
- TIFF (LZW)
- TIFF (JPEG)
- BMP (Uncompressed)
- JPEG
- JPEG 2000
FlexSnap Annotations
FlexSnap supports annotations in both binary and XML format. Annotations such as rubber stamps, redactions, "sticky notes", watermarks, and more can be applied to ANY of the supported formats.
NOTE: The online demo allows you to annotate the documents and images (within the application) but you will not be able to save them onto your file. To test all of the functionality including saving annotations, please contact us for a full evaluation version of FlexSnap.
FlexSnap Toolbar Functions
Tool Bar Tip: When you mouse over a button, the tool tip bar appears under the toolbar and describes the button’s action. When you click on a button that requires another action, the tool tip bar explains the next action to take.
