We are excited to share the news that Snowbound has won a Bronze American Business Award, also known as a Stevie Award, for Support Team of the Year in the Computer Services and Computer Software category!
The Stevie Awards were created in 2002 to acknowledge contributions and achievements made by professional organizations. This year, the ABA’s received a record breaking 3,300 nominations. The candidates then went through a multilevel judging process conducted by more than 250 business executives.
Last month we announced that we were chosen as finalists for our Non-Standard Fonts Guide and Font Display Utility. We got the idea a couple years ago, when we noticed customers were having issues displaying their files when converting them from Windows to Java. Our team put together a guide to make identifying any missing characters easier. When some customers were still in need of support, the team took it one step further to create a full service utility to better display the gaps.
Snowbound’s Barbara Bazemore was in Chicago on June 13th at the ABA reception to accept the award. Barbara and the rest of the team are true examples of Snowbound’s commitment to creating the highest quality display tools while maintaining excellent customer service.
In addition to offering our congratulations to Barbara and the team, we would also like to thank the American Business Awards for this honor. As always, we have to extend a thank you to our customers who inspire us to work harder every day; we couldn’t have done it without you.
